• Building a comprehensive marketing strategy for Japan in line with the business goals that increases brand visibility among target markets and generates quality leads for our sales team
• Serving as subject matter expert on brand development and PR to create and implement innovative, customer－centric communications plans to build the corporate brand in Japan
• Building, managing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy for all brand－owned social platforms in Japan ensuring up－to－date content, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Line and online forums in order to drive KPIs in context with overall business goals
• Creating innovative content that will engage our customers and target customers, and explore opportunities to expand our footprint in the mainstream media
• Organizing and regularly speaking at events such as the Forum, networking events, conferences and meetups

- 必須

• BA in communication, marketing or anything else that would make us say, “hmmm that’s interesting”
• 8＋ years in an all－round marketing role including PR, content, social media, events and online advertising
• Experienced project manager who has a high level of organization and ability to hit deadlines
• A proactive doer experienced in working remotely with global teams, handling communication at all hours and maintaining strong relations with colleagues and freelancers in other locations
• Excellent analytical skills always measuring ROI of campaigns, optimizing and learning from mistakes
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Japanese and proficient in English
