We are looking for Partner Solution Managers to act as partner solution sales and senior consultants in Japan.
Partner Solution Managers will have responsibility for developing and executing client development and growth strategies by having deep product knowledge and offering Partner account management capability under the direction of Partner solution managers.
This position also requires to develop and execute a partnership strategy for our certified partners.
This is an important role in a dynamic and fast moving team. The successful candidate’s voice and input will be highly valued, and they will be expected to share their inspiration and vision within the young and dramatically growing organization as a whole.
The Partner Solution Managers will be engaged and presentable and strive to engender our philosophies (humbleness, entrepreneurism and global mind) with their peers and within the team.
The ideal candidates are expected to have 8 to 15+ years of consulting, solution partner sales experience, who are looking for an opportunity where they can unleash their entrepreneurial spirit and grow with the company.
Native level written and spoken Japanese & Intermediate English is required.(At least more than TOEIC 600)
The Partner Solution Managers can come from consulting, IT Services, or Software solution sales.
The successful candidates will be self-starters, work well in a global team environment and comfortable working hands-on in all aspects of an accountable executive and senior consulting where necessary.
