Are you passionate about creating engaging and persuasive marketing campaigns in collaboration with a local sales team?Responsibilities:
* Build country-specific marketing plans to support country market management business strategies in keeping with the overarching APAC strategy
* Plan and execute scalable, efficient marketing activities for Japan leads and partners
* Manage Japan marketing budget
* Partner with country sales and market management leadership team to support local business objectives
* Tailor core marketing collateral and content for Japan ensuring a locally relevant message for the audience, with broader regional and global consistency
* Track and analyse the performance of field marketing activities
* Coordinate with global partner marketing and industry relations over the execution and delivery of activities
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in a marketing role, ideally in the travel or tourism industry
* Experience with educating and partnering with a sales organisation
* International work experiences preferred
* Experience with planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Advanced level fluency in Japanese
* Business level written and verbal proficiency in English
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a relevant discipline
