An international luxury retail group is looking to hire a Client Service Team Manager. The successful candidate will oversee a client service team.Responsibilities:
* Supervise a team of Client Service Advisors in charge of handling calls from brand stores, answering customer emails, chats and social media messages, dealing with orders received by phone and internet
* Participate in the recruitment process, conduct the appraisals during the annual process, monitor the quality of the calls in order to evaluate and improve them, set individuals goals, identify the training needs and manage the organisation of the team
* Develop, implement and monitor the sales plan, handle client complaints
* Oversee the overall daily operations of the Virtual Store by showing an exemplary attitude regarding the procedures, the brands' internal policies and making sure that sales are well recorded in tools according to the rules
* Represent a Virtual Store among the retail network, build and maintain close relationships with the region.
* Provide the CSC, regions, brands and HQ with relevant reports about activity, client information or any relevant information or buzz related to the brands
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in client service
* Expertise in the luxury industry
* Business level fluency in both Japanese and English
* Competency in MS Office suite tools
