- You will work as a Group Assistant to client facing team, assist 4-5 team members with administrative secretarial duties including presentation material management, translation support, schedule management, business trip arrangement, conference and meeting coordination, as well as perform as a point of contact for communication towards the team.

- You need to have at least 5 years of secretarial and administrative experience in professional services firms. Strong ability to translate internal reports and presentation materials using MS PowerPoint from Japanese to English and vice versa is required.
