A world-famous confectionery brand is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead the process from concept development to launch execution for some of confectionary products by closely working with chef and other relevant personnel in Japan
* Support Marketing Manager to execute product innovation and renovation for company's products
* Develop concept, products, and packaging based on the given strategy reflecting the local insights
* Propose pricing and lead alignment process with other teams under Manager's supervision
* Conduct Marketing research and prepare the data for the further strategy development
* Manage P/L (up to marketing contribution) for responsible products
* Manage marketing budget for the products
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years' experience in marketing including new product development in consumer goods, ideally foods or beverage
* Business level fluency in English
* Native level fluency in Japanese
