A leading luxury automobile manufacturer is looking for a Non-Technical Aftersales Training Coordinator.Responsibilities:
* Work with the Senior Training Manager to develop, establish and strengthen behavior, skill, product, brand, and management related-trainings to support the development of the company business
* Implement corporate measures, systems and tools for people recruitment, qualification, development, and retention in dealer organizations
* Achieve individual objectives for delivery of trainings, e-learning, coaching, workshops, and other measures of personal development
* Establish, build, and maintain ongoing working relationships with the HQ as well as with the dealer network organization
* Act as a brand ambassador
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience as a trainer/change consultant and/or training manager/assistant, preferably in an international environment
* Training certification/qualification is ideal
* Experience in the automotive industry
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Verbal and written fluency in both English and Japanese
