In this role you will participate in or lead regional and global business audits, either preparing or supervising the preparation of audit work including the writing of papers in English.

A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Business Auditor for their Internal Audit group in Tokyo.Responsibilities:
* Update the audit universe and perform risk assessments
* Perform issue verification and continuous monitoring
* Manage and/or support relationships with key partners in business and support functions
* Maintain an awareness of regulatory and industry wide developments, and proactively share the knowledge within the department
* Contribute to the Internal Audit group's initiatives to promote digitalization and improve audit efficiencies
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in internal/external audits; experience in a business or support function in a bank or broker/dealer firm is also acceptable
* Professional qualification for internal audits (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFA) is a plus
* Knowledge of data analytics or other digitalization techniques in audit activities is also a plus
* Native level Japanese and business level English, or native level English and business level Japanese
