メディカル事業部の人事部長(シニアマネージャー)として、部門人事全般を担当頂きます。
Implement Global HR strategies that support the organization to
attract, develop, engage and retain the employees it needs to achieve
its current objectives and long term growth.
Develop and implement Japan specific HR strategies, program and
policies by working proactively with the President, Line Managers and
VP of Global HR.
Advise, coach, and support the Line Managers in adopting best global
HR practices across the organization and ensure policies, procedures
and practices conform to local employment legislation and overall
company policy.
【Key Duties & Responsibilities】
・Responsible for the execution of Global and local HR strategies in line with local rules and regulations
・Set department goals and objectives and plan, organize and control all activities of the HR function
