- The RPA company, originally from the US, just became active in Japan last year. They are preparing to open their first office later this year in Tokyo and are now hiring sales people. They already have about 4 people working for them in Japan and are looking to expand by another 10 people this year. You could be the next person they hire!

Senior sales for B2B softwareWhat you will be doing:
-Reaching out to new clients to build a long term relationship
-Selling complex RPA software to said clients and managing their expectations over the long term
-Managing and reaching sales targets
-Reporting to APAC and HQ

What you will need:
-At least 10 years of sales experience in enterprise software, especially consultative sales in complex enterprise software solutions
-Strong experience with partner sales/channel sales is preferred
-Experience with start up companies and building a team from scratch
-Conversational English or above is good to have
