A global renewable energy producer is looking for a candidate for the Head of Business Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage BD and Project Development Managers on solar PV projects
* Execute core local, national, international development activities including projects prospection, negotiation of land agreements, site surveys and project permitting etc.
* Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including JV and international partners, landowners, local authorities & communities, advisors, etc.
* Lead commercial negotiations and deal structuring with potential co-developers or investors
* Drive the progress of each project by leading all necessary internal & external steps in the process
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in renewable energy projects development
* Knowledge in the Renewable industry, Japanese regulations for FIT & auctions,
* Experience in coordinating external advisors such as law firms, financial, technical, tax and/or compliance advisors
* Experience working in an international environment
* Business level verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
