A global provider of network security products is searching for a bilingual Technical Support Engineer with extensive technical support experience.Responsibilities:
* Serve as customers' main point of contact for problem resolution
* Log and update support cases and ensure customers are well informed regarding the status of their case and the recommended solution
* Work closely with customers, support representatives, engineers, and sales staff to gain knowledge and provide solutions
* Effectively configure and utilize complex lab setups to duplicate and solve issues reported by customers
Requirements:
* 7+ years' technical support experience
* Fluency in English
* Ability to quickly learn new technologies
* Experience with security tools and technologies
* Security network and systems related professional certifications are a plus
