An international consulting group is looking for a Japan Recruiting Analyst with a good command of English and ideally some headhunting experience.Responsibilities:
* Identify and establish relationships with professionals and experts best suited to respond to highest-priority client inquiries via telephone marketing and email
* Recruit key opinion leaders using recruiting campaigns, leveraging industry and professional lists, trade and business associations, referrals and others
* Interview prospective industry leaders and capture critical data in an internal profile management systems
* Consult Research Managers to understand client needs and fulfil research requests via analyzing client inquiries and identifying primary populations
* Support client-facing teams in understanding and meeting their clients' research workflows and objectives by taking advantage of best practices
* Develop expertise on the company's core industry coverage to improve project and product service quality
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Work experience in internet research, headhunting, recruitment and/or market research preferred
* Native level Japanese; advanced verbal and written proficiency in English
