A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Marketing Head for facial aesthetics products.Responsibilities:
* Drive the development of the long and short term marketing, education and events strategies and tactics to ensure that all product opportunities are optimized for the facial aesthetics portfolio
* Prepare and manage the annual budget for the company's facial aesthetics portfolio
* Prepare the annual marketing plan and strategy in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses are evaluated for cost effectiveness and results
* Provide effective leadership and direction to unite, develop, and motivate your team
* Support the company's quality management system and internal auditing processes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a science or healthcare-related discipline
* Marketing experience with a major pharmaceutical or consumer goods company would be a strong plus
* Strong track record of sales and market share growth in mature markets
* Extensive experience managing a team of people
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
