A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking candidates for its Finance Leadership Program. Successful applications will gain experience in a variety of finance-related functions (technical, business, and corporate/strategic) in order to prepare them for a career in the company's finance department.
仕事内容
A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking candidates for its Finance Leadership Program.
Responsibilities:

* Handle reporting and cost center review for specific departments
* Analyze and interpret data to identify and understand trends
* Produce meaningful reports for stakeholders that offer insight and drive effective management decision making
* Ensure appropriate compliance and governance procedures are in place and adhered to
* Participate in process improvement and/or transformation projects
* Build relationships and communicate with stakeholders both inside and outside of the finance function

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* At least a year of related experience
* Verbal and written fluency in both English and Japanese
