A global automation and information services company is looking to hire a Field Service Engineer. This position will be responsible for field service and technical support for the company's products. This will include on-site troubleshooting and customer training.
仕事内容
A global automation and information services company is looking to hire a Field Service Engineer.
Responsibilities:

* Provide on-site product programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support for logic controllers, drives, etc. during automation products for customers
* Conduct external customer training
* Provide both off-site and on-site communication to product business units
* Conduct periodic maintenance and examination of company equipment
* Ensure the proper completion of all field service and engineering related documentation

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in electrical or automation engineering
* 3+ years of experience in project engineering or site support
* Customer management skills
* Ability and willingness to travel to work sites
* Fluent level Japanese; English proficiency (written and spoken)
