A major international athletic apparel and sporting goods company is now hiring for a L&D Specialist to develop and run employee training programs.Responsibilities:
* Develop strategies with Japan HRBPs for the roll out of Learning & Development initiatives at both the global and local level
* Provide facilitation and training sessions as needed to various and diverse employee groups
* Connect with and help identify external training partners in Japan
* Act as a thought partner to the Singapore Hub Director to develop execution strategies in alignment with employee and business needs
* Consult with and solicit the feedback of Asia Pacific and Latin America HR Business Partners to improve the usage and adoption of solutions
* Manage programs and coordinate sessions for Asia Pacific and Latin America employees
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 4+ years' experience and knowledge in learning and development domain
* 3 years' facilitating to all levels of employees from entry level to senior leadership
* Fluency in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+)
* Ability to speak an additional Asian language is a plus
