A global manufacturer of specialized medical devices is seeking for an experienced marketer for the role of Marketing Manager.Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute internal and external communication for new marketing and product initiatives
* Develop new initiatives through to launch and post-launch monitoring, tracking and analyzing business results
* Develop KOL and thought-leadership programs
* Ensure that customer voice is reflected and integrated in all product solutions delivered to marketplace
* Ensure key stakeholders have relevant tools for the smooth roll-out of marketing initiatives across the entire mix
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Technology, Business or a related discipline
* 6+ years' experience in marketing communications, product management or marketing management in the medical device, life science or consumer goods industry
* Experience working for a start-up or in a start-up-like environment
Advanced proficiency in both Japanese and English
