A prominent pharmaceutical company is in need of an Oncology Sales Trainer.Responsibilities:
* Create and implement effective sales training plans in alignment with national sales strategies
* Cooperate with relevant functions to develop training tools and materials
* Train oncology personnel according to global guidelines to ensure the acquisition of sufficient scientific knowledge for the promotion of oncology products
* Train oncology leadership personnel to develop their coaching skills so that sales representatives can achieve sales targets
* Participate in global training programs to develop training skills and update product knowledge
* Coordinate with other functions to ensure sales activities are in adherence to business policies in Japan
Requirements:
* Scientific educational background is a plus
* 2+ years experience in a leadership role in training for the pharmaceutical or oncology industry
* Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency
