A global management consulting and technology service company is in need of a Recruitment Marketing Professional.Responsibilities:
* Support the development local recruitment marketing strategy and programs
* Ensure that programs align with the company's business priorities in order to build the brand and effectively develop marketing programs
* Participate in the management of the local career and social networking sites
* Ensure that local marketing programs effectively utilize the company's global programs and are tailored for the local market
* Maintain and support architecture for the company's messaging strategy while working with HR, recruiting and marketing teams
* Ensure proper tracking of metrics in order to measure program effectiveness
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
* 3+ years' of marketing experience
* Ability and willingness to travel domestically between Tokyo and Kanagawa
* Budget management skills are a plus
* Integrated marketing skills are a plus
* Strong written and oral communication proficiency in Japanese and English
