A manufacturer of high quality automotive components is looking to hire a Project Engineer to lead project teams. The successful candidate will serve as the driving force of component engineering teams, ensuring delivery of a bill of materials that is ready for mass production.
仕事内容
A manufacturer of high quality automotive components is looking to hire a Project Engineer to lead project teams.
Responsibilities:

* Establish development targets for specifications, timing, and product/project cost
* Establish the overall development timing
* Determine and distribute work packages
* Organize workflows
* Drive and coordinate product development activities following the company's engineering handbook and established processes

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, etc.; Master's degree preferred
* 5+ years' experience in a leading role for automotive product development at a major automobile manufacturer or Tier 1 supplier
* Brake system and/or hydraulic component development experience strongly desired
* Strong understanding of the entire automotive component development process
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both English and Japanese
