A global hotel company is looking to hire an HR Manager.Responsibilities:
* Conduct employee management via appropriate delegation while maintaining morale as well as an understanding of rules and regulations amongst the team
* Handle recruitment activities from hiring to resignation, and produce monthly HR reports to ensure appropriate staffing levels, job titles, etc.
* Develop and support training activities
* Support compensation and benefits programs via wage surveys of the labour market, management of insurance programs, adoption of new technology, etc.
* Support administration activities by assisting on the development of manuals, HR business plans, budget updates, and ensuring compliance to local legislation
* Carry out other general activities such as ensuring compliance to the uniform policy and promoting a positive, fair work environment.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of relevant work experience
* Excellent computer skills
* Understanding of recruitment, training, and Japanese labour laws
* HR experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
* English proficiency (TOEIC 600 or above) to use company systems
