A global agricultural company is looking to hire an Industrial Business Unit Head with a strong chemical background.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement mid- and long-term business development plans
* Drive, lead, and manage the creation of project pipelines based on providing solutions to customer needs and market & product/application knowledge/trends
* Work closely with the team to implement and monitor projects for realization/commercialization
* Deeply understand and digest market intelligence for specific industry segments
* Manage key suppliers and customers
* Lead and develop a sustainable and professional team through coaching and people development
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related discipline
* 10+ years' related industry experience (i.e. plastics, carbon, lubricants, etc.)
* Experience in sales planning and execution
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
* Advanced verbal and written English proficiency
