• Receptionist・Greet clients, serve drinks, provide supports when necessary
• Support to executives and professional staff
• Provide support to Admin team
・Answer and forward phone calls
・Manage coordination of meeting rooms
・Ensure staff whereabouts
・Collect, sort, and distribute post mails and arrange couriers
・Prepare letters and other documents
・Manage general filing, copying and scanning of documents
・Update internal databases
・Maintain office supplies inventory and office environment
・Other duties as necessary to support other professional executives and staff

・Good spoken and written English and Japanese
・Strong interpersonal and communication skills
・Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
・Self-starter, positive attitude and willingness to learn
・Good phone manner and client hosting skills
・Possess great hospitality mind to support guests and staff
・Preferable to have interests in Renewable Energy industry and business
