An international insurance and financial services company is looking for a Compliance Testing Manager with an auditing background.Responsibilities:
* Execute compliance testing reviews across the organization including assessment of key risks and evaluation of associated control design and effectiveness
* Report test results with compliance and business management verbally and in through written compliance testing reports
* Draft issues, reports, flow charts and leadsheets as needed
* Develop knowledge of business practice, key local laws and regulations which impact the test plan and leverage this knowledge to review risk assessments
* Identify root causes for breaches of local law, regulations and/or internal control deficiencies, propose remedial actions to management
* Recommend opportunities to update the test plan for enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
* 8+ years' experience in progressive auditing
* Solid knowledge of planning and executing audits with focus on assessing control design and effectiveness
* Competency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Visio
