A leading global luxury goods retailer is searching for a Learning & Development Senior Manager with training experience in a luxury company.Responsibilities:
* Set learning and development priorities to align with company and regional goals
* Establish training plans and deployment methods for Japan
* Develop the training budget, monitor expenses, and adjust spending & resource allocation to fulfill training needs
* Lead and direct the regional training team
* Manage training logistics, translations, communication, and documentation
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 10+ years' training and development experience
* Experience developing and delivering technical training for a luxury company
* Experience in a US-based company preferred
* Verbal and written English proficiency (TOEIC 800+)
