A global industrial dry-ice technology supplier is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be expected to offer professional and pleasant technical support services to industrial customers. Traveling for work required.
仕事内容
A global industrial dry-ice technology supplier is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities:

* Offer installation, service, training and troubleshooting support on industrial equipment and systems at customer facilities
* Organize and plan business travel and complete documentation on repairs
* Respond to and resolve emergency customer service calls and queries
* Collaborate with the Quality Manager on warranty jobs to capture warranty costs, locate cause issues and pass the cost back to the supplier of a failed part as needed
* Share input to the engineering and product development team on machine design and serviceability

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Electric Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
* 3+ years' experience as a field service engineer or a similar role
* Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery
* Ability to perform troubleshooting and maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems
* Driver's licence
* Business level English is a plus
