This position will be responsible for executing strategic programs to retain customers by enhancing brand image and participation. These marketing efforts will be through both digital and traditional methods.

A well respected global consumer goods manufacturer is looking for a new Content Development Lead.Responsibilities:
* Oversee the development of projects ensuring that deployment schedules are aligned with stakeholder expectations and get approved by management
* Cooperate with team members and other departments to get buy-in for each program, extract data, and provide feedback to management
* Ensure that programs meet milestones and are tracked through proper documentation
* Administer rigorous feasibility checks of all programs including systems, controls, and finance
* Provide briefing to project managers to ensure clear understanding of key objectives and strategy
Requirements:
* Master's degree or higher
* Good understanding of consumer trends in the tobacco industry
* Experience with both traditional and digital marketing strategies
* Experience with project management tools such as Teamwork
* Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
