Utilize your financial accounting and analysis skills at a global automotive component manufacturer in the role of Business Process Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Work directly with engineering staff to develop budgets, track performance to budget, and maintain updated financial forecasts
* Work directly with engineering staff to ensure compliance with internal controls and internal processes
* Work directly with the finance team to support monthly closing activities, including general ledger and financial transaction support
* Ensure proper accounting and financial control/processing for expense materials
* Support the development of sales and expense accruals
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years' experience in auditing, financial accounting, or financial analysis
* Familiarity with automotive R&D is a strong plus
* Proficiency in both English and Japanese
