Lead the sales team with a clear vision regarding brand strategy, as well as develop the team
individuals in capability & performance to achieve the vision. Strengthen the sales function and the expertise in retail and top-door strategy, elevate levels of execution in the counter.
i. Drive commercial performance and develop retail competencies
ii. To foster team talents in Retail Academy Development program
iii. Develop distribution strategy and maintain strategic retailer relationship

•Sales experience must be required 10 years in the Retail industry, especially with department stores desired
Sales experience with department store at cosmetic brands, luxury brands, consumer goods
