仕事内容: Summary of job scope:
We are seeking for a strategic and forward-thinking leader to develop and execute on enterprise data integration and business insights strategies to promote data-driven decision culture.
The position is a “hands-on” team management role with responsibilities to manage a team and to work closely with cross-functional and global teams to deliver key enterprise information needs.

Primary Activities:
•Make strategic decisions on the use of data and information sciences techniques in solving critical business problems and achieving business goals.
•Establish effective and trust partnership with cross-functional teams and global communities.
•Stay current with leading data and analytics trends to develop strategic points of view on applicability .
•Build, promote and develop a strong and highly engaged IT team to establish a commercial effectiveness culture and mindset which focuses on continuous improvement to drive business performance.

応募資格

必須: We are seeking professionals with the following qualifications, skills and experience
Basic Qualifications:
•10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, including at least 7 years of Business Insight & Data Analytics experience
•Experience leading small teams.
•Strong analytical and communications skills
•Fluent in English
•Degree in Finance; Economics, Business Administration or Life Sciences
•MBA
Preferred Qualifications:
•Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead and develop individuals.
•Experience effectively collaborating within a matrix environment and with colleagues across functions and geographies.
•Results-oriented creative thinker who is viewed by clients as a collaborative strategic business partner with an ability to influence leaders
