A global paper and packaging company is seeking a Representative Director to be located in Tokyo. In this role you will develop and execute an agenda for growth to ensure long-term profitable growth for the company's products in Japan.
仕事内容
A global paper and packaging company is seeking a Representative Director to be located in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:

* Implement a strategic business plan for the Japan market
* Manage a team of direct and indirect reports to execute business strategy
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive customer-level business plans
* Fully understand all aspects of customer strategies and establish multi-level relationships throughout customer organizations
* Identify new business opportunities and lead the development of the business plan

Requirements:

* Business and sales experience
* Demonstrated ability to identify and develop talent; people management experience preferred
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Ability to develop a comprehensive commercial plan
* Fluency in English
