募集背景
A world-famous multinational banking & financial services company is now expanding their business and is in searching for a Director to drive and develop new partners within Japan. The ideal candidate for this position must have over 5 years of working experience in the Financial Services industry and must have good understanding of the credit card industry.
仕事内容
A world-famous multinational banking & financial services company is now expanding their business!
Responsibilities:

* Identify prospects for issuing business
* Identify network value providers & negotiate to be partner
* Develop and execute partnership strategy to grow the business
* Identify potential business growth opportunities and persuade partner to materialize them
* Leverage & work closely with internal resources
* Collaboratively work with other departments to drive Market growth strategy

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years' of working experience in the Financial Services industry
* Experience with the Credit Card industry is a huge plus
* Strong negotiation skill, B to B sales experience is a plus
* Excellent oral & written communication skills both in English and Japanese
