・Develop a clearly defined strategy to drive the company business share growth in contact lens market.
・Lead NPD develop as project champion.
・Develop and execute marketing plans to drive endorsement of the company’s contact lens brands from ECP (Eye Care Professionals), to deliver against franchise business and marketing objectives.
・Create ECP engagement to the company, leveraging existing corporate knowledge and up-todate clinical information, co-work with global/regional team and agencies.
・Manage P&L to achieve planned ARP (Average Retail Price), Gross Margin, EBITA(profit), delivering added-value marketing execution while optimizing product and channel mix.
・Optimize brand and SKU mix, matching category need and future new product pipelines in line with contact lens segmentation model.
・Supervise and grow Assistant Brand Manager through effective coaching and training in daily work.
・Monitor performance of planned KPIs and adjusts franchise plans based on competitor & environmental pressures to further deliver against business and marketing objectives.
・Work in close collaboration with Sales team to fully align sales and marketing strategies and execution.
・Partner with marketing counterparts (Lens Daily Disposable, Lens Care and Research) to align and synergize respective plans and executions across franchises.
・Develop and oversees agreed annual franchise advertising & Promotion budget
・5-10 years of marketing experience, preferably with brand marketing or has experienced in product development.
・Prior experience as a Brand Manager in a multinational organization.
・Business level for English, able to conduct and perform duties in English with ease.
・Has strong competencies in marketing i.e. Strong interpersonal communication skills, Excellent analytical skills, Open-minded and flexible to work with different background and functions, Creativity and problem solving skills, learning ability, Driving innovation & value.
・Demonstrable strategic thinking skills that enable the development of robust franchise strategies.
・Influencing skills with key internal and external stakeholders in order successfully activate the company Japan franchise marketing objectives.
