JOB DESCRIPTION
Corporate issues
- Preparation/act as secretariat for Board meetings/Shareholders' meetings
- Initiatives for corporate governance related activities
Business issues
- To draft, review and execute contracts related our businesses
- To provide legal advice/support to businesses in accordance with applicable Japanese laws/regulations/guidelines as well as our policies
- To communicate with external law firms whenever necessary for providing advice to business
Litigation and legal dispute issues
- To coordinate litigations/legal disputes with external law firms
Compliance Issues
- Training for our employees on Japanese law (business laws, antitrust laws, data protection laws and so on)
- To follow up and support the execution of ATCP
- To follow up amendments of applicable Japanese laws
External Issues
- To contact Japanese authorities regarding the interpretation and application of laws/guidelines/supervision polices

REQUIREMENTS
1. Education & work experience
- Minimum 3 years' working experience as legal
- Law school graduate degree
- Qualified lawyer in Japan (if possible)
2. Language skills
- Japanese (native)
- English (TOEIC 750 or above), Reading, Writing and Communication (Business level)
3. Technical Knowledge
- Good computer skills
4. Competencies
- Strong ability to think strategically and to prepare /offer options for business
- High level of integrity and compliance awareness
- Strong capability in networking and working with business people
