仕事内容: Provide plant operaional, monitoring and scheduling support to the Japan Energy Servcies (ES) team and all PV sites, to ensure that they are performed and maintained in a timely and cost efficient manner.

Job Responsibility:
Provides guidance to all personnel providing maintenance support at the sites, including contractors. Supervision of remote site personnel and maintenance activities as required by management.
This includes:
・Assisting in the operation and maintenance of generation assets, evaluation of reliability improvements and technology, process development and oversight, and budget adherence.
・Assisting in the hiring, Developing and training of O&M staff required to successfully execute the O&M contractual requirements within Japan.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
・Assist with negotiation of Energy Services (O&M) terms with subcontractors as per the requirement of the customer, and preparation of subcontract agreement with subcontractor,

応募資格

必須: Experience:
A minimum of 4 years relevant experience with a minimum of 2 years plant operation within utility energy industry, which encompassed operations, maintenance, monitoring and site control.
Demonstrated understanding of power plant, EH&S compliance, operations, maintenance and optimal scheduling of activities.

Required Skills:
• Ability to share technical expertise and experiences about utility scale PV plant with team members, contracting subcontractors and the customer.
