A global pharmaceutical firm is looking to hire an HRBP to partner with business leaders and drive people and organizational agendas.Responsibilities:
* Use systems models, diagnostics, and data to analyze organizational problems and provide solutions
* Apply a range of strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve talent acquisition and onboarding, retention, talent assessment, performance management, development, and career/professional growth
* Coach business leaders and work to improve the effectiveness of leadership teams
* Drive data analytics, diagnostics capabilities, and recommendations for the assigned client groups
* Determine training needs for assigned client group(s), develop implementation plans, and partner with other functions to develop training programs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) in HR preferred
* 5+ years' HR experience with experience in a relevant HR capacity such as HRBP, organizational design, change management, internal communication, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and/or talent management
* Experience analyzing business issues and providing scalable HR solutions
* Demonstrated knowledge of HR regulations or equivalent labor laws in Japan
* Fluency in Japanese; business level English
