A global insurance company is looking for a Compliance Officer with extensive experience in insurance and/or finance.Responsibilities:
* Establish appropriate compliance systems based relevant laws and regulations
* Implement the company's global compliance policies to Japan by localizing procedures
* Communicate with other departments to implement compliance rules and procedures
* Control and monitor the company's local compliance system and procedures
* Attend compliance-related committees and meetings
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree; Law or Business school degree preferred
* 7+ years' experience in the insurance or financial industries
* 5+ years' experience in compliance or compliance-related departments (e.g., legal, audit, control, etc.)
* General knowledge of the laws and regulations related to international financial sanctions preferred
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Advanced English proficiency
