A global manufacturer of industrial and electronic equipment is looking to hire an experienced Service Sales Representative.Responsibilities:
* Maximize sales opportunities by maintaining, retaining, and upselling to assigned customers
* Serve as the primary contact for all matters related to assigned customers
* Identify key decision makers and influencers for each account in respect to materials and service contract
* Increase customer spending by building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
* Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
* 5+ years' sales experience in after-sales service products in a B2B sales environment
* Proven experience in building customer relationships
* com experience is an advantage
* Proficiency in English for internal communications
