A global manufacturer of medical technology is seeking an experienced Service Manager with a strong technical engineering background.Responsibilities:
* Develop service policies and processes to standardize service support for Japan
* Ensure service resources are effectively and efficiently utilized
* Investigate and solve customer issues and manage all customer complaints and conflicts to agreed upon standards
* Manage direct and indirect service teams, motivating them to work effectively and efficiently to reach their full potential
* Identify and implement training and development requirements
* Manage all HR processes, including performance appraisals and employee development
Requirements:
* Technical education in electrical engineering, electromechanics, and/or IT
* 5+ years' related experience
* Technical experience with DICOM, networking, and electronics is a plus
* Advanced verbal and written English proficiency is desirable
