Join a fast-growing CRO in Tokyo in the role of Clinical Team Manager.Responsibilities:
* Escalate clinical activities and team issues as the primary liaison to customers/vendors
* Lead the clinical operations team
* Build client relationships by providing key clinical performance metrics
* Focus on proactive risk identification and management
* Contribute to Business Development activities
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field or be a licensed healthcare professional
* Knowledge of ICH-GCP/J-GCP and awareness of international regulations
* Considerable clinical research/operations experience
* Several years' experience managing clinical projects
