A leading multinational developer, manufacturer, and supplier of medical products and devices is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives.Responsibilities:
* Develop a strategic road map for long-term growth with a focus on both organic and inorganic growth drivers
* Drive initiatives and develop opportunities for strategic growth
* Evaluate internal and external opportunities through structured screening, product portfolio mapping, financial modeling, and market research
* Communicate with customers and other potential partners and companies to understand the business environment and identify potential unmet customer needs
* Establish strong working relationships with internal functional teams including sales & marketing
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus
* 5+ years' proven experience developing and implementing short- and long-term business strategies in the life science industry
* Experience with licensing, partnership, and M&A activities
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Verbal and written fluency in English
