A multinational investment management firm is seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Representative.Responsibilities:
* Respond to custody-related client inquiries on a daily basis
* Work with internal departments to prioritize client requests, deliverables, and issue resolution
* Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools, and company products
* Manage client deliverables using relevant technology solutions
* Help maintain and report on client service-related metrics
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* At least a year of experience in global custody and/or asset management in the financial services industry
* Experience in a client servicing role preferred
* Working knowledge of corporate actions/equity, fixed income, and/or derivative investments
* Verbal and written proficiency in both English and Japanese
