An international mass media company is seeking an HR Generalist to assist with employee relations, C&B, and recruitment matters.Responsibilities:
* Support the local implementation of key HR initiatives
* Handle day-to-day operational aspects of HR including the maintenance of the HR support system (SAP)
* Advise on all employee relations issues
* Work with line managers to communicate and explain the company's pay and rewards philosophy
* Work within an agreed recruitment budget to attract and hire the best available talent
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree; postgraduate degree in HR is a plus
* 2+ years' HR-related experience
* Strong understanding of HR processes and the HR life cycle
* Experience managing and building relationships with local and global stakeholders
* Fluency in Japanese; business level English
