A leading global enterprise software company is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to serve as the face of project delivery.Responsibilities:
* Understand customers' HR priorities and calendars and help define detailed implementation plans
* Track timelines, budget, and scope during implementation
* Coordinate ongoing project review, reporting, and governance activities
* Ensure timely and successful go live, within budget and with a high degree of customer satisfaction
* Run and facilitate weekly internal and external project meetings
* Collaborate with consultants to manage project deliverables
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years' consulting and/or project management experience; PMP or project management certifications will be an added advantage
* Strong knowledge of MS Project and other project management tools
* Strong knowledge of JAM and document management tools
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Fluency in Japanese; advanced English proficiency
