A global logistics provider is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Responsibilities:
* Plans, prepare, and devise work schedules based on budgets and workloads
* Train, instruct, observe, and evaluate customer service representatives
* Resolve complaints and answer questions from customers regarding services and procedures
* Provide sales & marketing support to the Business Development Manager
* Prepare and submit monthly reports, call reports, and other records to the Country Manager
Requirements:
* 2+ years' supervisory experience in a customer service or key account desk environment
* Basic knowledge of logistics and distribution
* Strong communication skills and adept at speaking on the telephone
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Verbal and written English proficiency
