Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of new product and system strategies in addition to the existing PV Module Business in order to increase the revenue and profits utilizing the existing sales channels and sales teams while training and guiding the sales teams as needed. This role is in a key position to formulate innovative product development supporting key sales strategies with our leadership team and will form productive and sustainable relationships with external and internal business partners (both suppliers and customers) to ensure the ongoing and focused development and success of our business expansion.

- 必須

・Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business discipline is required; a graduate degree is preferred. or equivalent knowledge
・Native level Japanese with strong English capability (both written and verbal)
・Must have 3+ years’ management experience
・Minimum four 3+ years’ sales experience, interacting with business development teams and B2B sales channels, working experience in direct sales to commercial and industry business is a plus.
・Entrepreneurial background in a Sales capacity
・Excellent technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn detailed information about the solar energy, the solar industry, existing product portfolio and to communicate and answer technical and product related questions and topics.
