日本支社の立ち上げに伴うスタートアップとしての人事責任者のポジションとなります。•Supports the business in all HR topics & functions as the country HRBP for Japan
•Develop and implement the talent acquisition strategy to support the new business organization
- Vacancy Fulfillment
- Sourcing channels development
- Process management & implementation
- Internal client relationship management
- Employer branding and engagement management

•Bachelor's degree or master's degree
•Above 10 years’ progressive experience in Human Resources and minimum 5 years for recruitment.
•Strong communication, interpersonal and team management skills
•Able to think out of the box, challenge the status quo and make a difference
•able to influence others to driving results in a professional way
•A quick learner with proactive thinking, self-motivated, optimistic, and collaborative attitude
•Fluent in written and spoken English and native level Japanese.
•Other knowledge and skillsets on social media recruitment, assessment tools, psychometric tests, career counseling, strategic enough to manage issue from board vision and tolerate with hands-on plus repetitive work will lead you to success in this role

•Bachelor's degree or master's degree at a well-known university, major in human resources, psychology or business administration or equivalent knowledge is desirable, MBA is advantageous if you understand the background of IT / is.
•Exposure within the APAC region is definitely an advantage.
