•Championing the conversion journey of a new Japanese applicants through to their first deposit.
•Management of the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs and oversee development when these are not met.
•On-going monitoring of local conversion performance to identify trends and suggest improvements
•Analysis of the on-boarding journey to identify areas of weaknesses and working together with the appropriate teams to implement improvements.
•Champion Japanese conversion initiatives and projects through to delivery.
•Work closely with Head of Onboarding Operations and other local conversion champions to keep up to date with Group conversion initiatives and ensure they are adopted locally.
•Work closely with the Sales Operation Manager and other local Heads of Sales to keep up to date with Group Sales initiatives and ensure they are adopted locally.
•Supporting the Head of Japan with sales and conversion related reporting and initiatives.

【必須(MUST)】
• Experience of managing sales teams, desirably with a telephone based background.
•Solid understanding and experience of adopting successful sales techniques.
•Strong interpersonal, influencing and relationship management skills.
•Strong leadership skills, keenly interested in, and able to, effectively manage and develop a team
•Highly motived self-starter, with the ability to motivate others.
•Experience of analysing results, behaviours and performance and implementing initiatives to make improvements.
•Excellent communicator, capable of operating and successfully communicating/influencing at senior management level.
•Good operational and technical ability/understanding.
•Strong spoken and written Japanese and English ability.
