Reports to Head of Marketing.Role summary :
Identify actionable market / consumer insights.
· Identify actionable market/consumer insights mainly through market researches as an expert on competitive intelligence, consumer intelligence and business intelligence
· Organize/realize research studies from external partner selection, briefing, reporting until results presentations
· Responsible for analysis of results from market research projects, preparing meaningful, timely reports and presentations to relevant stakeholders
· Develops requests for proposals, solicits competitive bids, contracts to outside market research agencies; manages the activities of the outside market research agencies and reviews their performance against proposals and budgets.
· Develop and manage social monitoring system, ensuring weekly report to internal stakeholders
· Provides expertise as data consultant on all secondary resources and identifies appropriate uses of each resource, such as CRM tracking
· Work with other ad hoc MI request from local management and global team

Requirements:
· 7+ years experience in the area of market research in consumer goods category.
· Experience designing and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies
· Experience designing and establishing competitive intelligence
· Project and Program Management experience
· Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex findings in a simple and comprehensible way
· Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across all divisions of the Company
· Communicates effectively both inside and outside the organization
· Desire to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented operating environment
· Business fluency in English and native fluency in Japanese
· University degree required
